Step 2 – if your application is denied, get help before appealing the denial:

Step 3 – if your application and appeal are denied, suing the NFL Plan is the last option:
- Remember the Bookends – if you failed to overwhelmingly prove your claim during Step 1 & Step 2, winning in court is almost impossible
